We respond to valid takedown notices

Movi47 is a directory and does not host any video content. We index metadata (titles, descriptions, posters) and deep-link to public third-party sources. If you believe content indexed on Movi47 infringes your copyright, we will remove the entry within 72 hours of receiving a valid takedown notice.

What a valid notice must include

1. Your full legal name, postal address, phone number, and email address.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed (title, year, registration number if applicable).
3. The exact URL(s) on Movi47 where the allegedly infringing entry appears (e.g. https://movi47.site/content/example-title-mb-123456).
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized.
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized agent.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

How to submit

Submit your notice via the contact form with the subject "DMCA Takedown" or email our designated agent. False or fraudulent notices may result in liability under section 512(f) of the DMCA.

Counter-notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with the same form fields above plus a statement of consent to jurisdiction of US federal court. We will restore the entry after 10–14 business days unless the original claimant files a court action.
