›Is this safe? Why isn't it on the Play Store?
We're shipping direct APK while we go through Google's Play Store review (which takes 1–3 weeks for first-time apps). The APK is signed and built straight from this site - same code, same servers. No bundled ads, no telemetry beyond the same anonymous pageview counter the site already uses.
›Will I get updates automatically?
Auto-update arrives in v1.1 (rolling out next week). For now, every page load checks the version header on /api/download/android - when a newer build lands, the app shows a one-tap re-install banner.
›Does it work offline?
Browsing the catalog needs internet, but the next-up screens cache aggressively, so flipping through titles after first launch is near-instant. Downloads-for-offline-watch are on the roadmap but not in this build.
›iOS?
iOS app is being prepared. Until it ships, add movi47.site to your home screen via Safari → Share → Add to Home Screen. Same UI, same streams, no install.
